1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

mnlbet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

To access the full features of the mnlbet Platform, you must register a Player Account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one mnlbet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances voided.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false or misleading information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mnlbet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mnlbet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: mnlbet is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be suspended.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

mnlbet supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on mnlbet is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your mnlbet wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours, subject to KYC verification being complete. mnlbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. mnlbet may require additional verification for withdrawals to a different payment method.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Only real-money funds that exceed the wagering requirement threshold are eligible for withdrawal.
• Prohibited Payment Methods: mnlbet does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital currency) as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations.
• Transaction Limits: mnlbet may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

mnlbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. mnlbet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• mnlbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mnlbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or using more than one mnlbet account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering purpose;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mnlbet staff or other Players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the mnlbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, images, audio, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of mnlbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the mnlbet Platform without prior written consent from mnlbet.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mnlbet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered through it;
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any technical errors, system failures, or connectivity issues beyond mnlbet's reasonable control;
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.

mnlbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mnlbet account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

mnlbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player in bad faith;
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform errors;
• At the Player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, mnlbet reserves the right to void any remaining balance, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law. In cases of voluntary closure or closure for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11. Responsible Gaming

14. Amendments to These Terms
